Krismas Time!!!

ok so maybe im not john madden. But i can draw yellow lines on random pictures, state the obvious, and be called a legend! just you watch!

nono call me Krismas. im the guy who can impersonate Solid Snake and i got a mean 623 game. i also helped fuel fire to the already incredibly flammammable RAIKAGE IS ENRAGED! Ill be doing things such as "Ask Solid Snake", "XXX-holic review", "John Maddens Power Plays" and a buncha other stuff that is still under discussion or bein thought out.

ANYWHAY
i guess lemme start this off with my XXX-holic review ^^
a quick note by the way i actually buy and read these so ill be talkin about volumes as opposed to chapters. sue me if ya dont like it like this. no wait please dont do that im a starving artist already >.<


VOLUME I "XXX-HOLIC"
For those of you who read Clamp manga on the regular and havent enjoyed this series yet you are in for a real comical treat ^^. XXX-holic is a humorous manga that is able to switch between laugh and seriousnessness with a whim. its somewhat unpredicable and its that kind of refreshingness that helps make this manga so enjoyable ^^

***personally i couldnt tolerate a funny manga without a serious side and vice versa***

ANYWAY on to the basic story of the manga.
The plotline revolves around a high school student, Kimihiro Watanuki, who can see spirits and demons. He enters a wish-granting shop run by a powerful witch, Ichihara Yuko, who agrees to grant Watanuki's wish to stop seeing sprits and demons in exchange for working as her hired hand, although he never verbally wishes for her to do so, thus he was forced into it. Her errands, both incredibly random and damn near trivial, send watanuki through many encounters with spiritual things that most people would believe to be completely fantastical and imaginary. think ghouls and ghosts - impossible to beat levels + cool designs -super tense action-stereotypical images + cool stories + more spirity stuff. long story short its more thought out.

The first volume is your basic introductory volume. the characters are presented, you learn how they are and interact with eachother yatta yatta yatta. it starts off on a serious note to let ya know "hey this shit is interesting keep reading if you know whats good for ya. u dont want raikage to be more enraged than he is"
basically you see what Yuko does for a living and how good she is at it and a whole buncha other stuff. nothing special besides the fact that you started the serioes ^^
READ ON PEOPLE! ill come back with a more in depth volume one description later this is taking far longer than i expected.

for now im going to say that Yuko is quite possibly one of the coolest characters ever. she almost never wears the same thing twice and her fashion sense is so fucking kickass. ok now that ive shaken off the femininity ill close for now.
